I am a People Analytics and AI Enablement leader with 10+ years of experience building workforce intelligence capabilities inside large enterprise environments. My work sits at the intersection of workforce strategy, advanced analytics, HR technology, and decision support.

I help organizations move from reporting what happened to understanding what is changing, where risk is emerging, and what leaders should do next. My work combines data science, enterprise systems thinking, and executive storytelling to translate complex workforce signals into practical decisions.
